"Answering the phone when you are looking for insurance can be a struggle since you know it will be a sales conversation. However, when I answered the phone and Becca Bennett cheerfully mentioned who she was and who she represents, there was just something special and pleasant about her. I enjoyed speaking with her so much that I was really hoping the quote would work for us! And thankfully it did! It was the most competitive bid out of the 3 for home owners and car insurance that I received. Becca has been very fast when we have needed something during our purchase of our new home and when we added on a new car, as well. A wonderful company and a wonderful woman to work with."

"My husband and I were searching for better rates on our auto insurance. Carlotta Santa Romana reached out to us from an online request we had made. She was very polite, helpful and very relatable. "Never heard of an insurance agent that takes 3 weeks and counting to get a police report. Police say report has been completed week ago. When I finally spoke to Trey Rhodes today, he said it wasn’t his job to get the accident report, it was mine. Find a better agent!"

"I had a hit and run almost 3 weeks ago. Trey Rhodes literally told me on the phone today “It’s not my job to get the accident report. If you want to go to the police station and get the police report yourself, then we can move forward.” This is a State Farm insurance agent saying this. It’s not his job to get the accident report. Apparently it’s yours if you use Trey Rhodes. So, that’s the kind of Insurance Agents you are looking at."
